Service Description

For the client who only wants to have a celebration with a few guests as well as two witnesses. This service is very quick, under 10 minutes. A small introduction. The legal requirements and personal vows, if you like. What is required? One meeting to complete the legally required paperwork, The Notice of Intended marriage. I will supply you with a handbook of examples for your wedding ceremony. We will fill in all of the legally required paperwork, please note this must be done 30 days prior to the Wedding. Unlimited phone and email contact. The ceremony components are: Two witnesses, you and your partner, myself and of course we say all legally-required words. We have to complete the No Legal Impediment to the Marriage and sign this prior to the wedding. During the wedding we will sign three legally required forms, with your two witnesses These ceremonies are held either at my home, a park near my home or at a location 10 kms to my home. I hold them Monday to Friday from 10-2. Or alternative dates if available. If you would like me to travel extensive distances or you would like to hold a ceremony at an alternative time, then the fee will be different. I can do evening weddings as well as weekend ceremonies, if I am available and for an extra fee. Please contact me for more information. Please note GST will also be added.


Cancellation Policy

This service contract is open and honest. When you book your Paperwork Only Marriage with Marry Me Now you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: - That full payment is required at the time of booking. - That there are no refunds and all payments that are made are non-refundable. Please note if you decide to change your wedding day a fee will apply. - You commit to providing Marry Me Now with all of the information required for The Notice Of Intended Marriage as well as all of the documents that are needed to make the wedding legally binding. (passports or birth certificates and photo ID, as well as divorce certificates or a death certificate) - That you agree to complete and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage at least 30 days prior to the marriage being solemnised, this is a responsibility of the client to make sure Marry Me Now has received the NOIM. - The client understands that the marriage cannot take place unless the NOIM is received and lodged at least 30 days prior to the wedding. - You confirm that you are both over the age of 18, not related to one another, not already married, and are both totally consenting to the marriage and that you will bring two witnesses to the marriage, unless otherwise agreed upon.
